JKRKDA is committed to providing a safe, respectful training environment for every child enrolled at our academy. This policy outlines the standards our instructors and staff are expected to uphold.
All children's training sessions are supervised by certified instructors at all times. One-on-one, unsupervised contact between an instructor and a minor outside of scheduled training is not permitted.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to raise any concern about a child's safety or wellbeing directly with the academy office. All concerns are treated seriously and confidentially.
Photographs and videos of students may be used for the academy's website, gallery and promotional material only with prior parental/guardian consent, obtained at the time of admission.
All instructors are expected to maintain professional boundaries, use respectful language, and immediately report any safeguarding concern to the academy's founder or senior Sensei.
