This policy outlines how JKRKDA handles refunds for registration and monthly training fees.
The one-time registration fee is non-refundable once a student has attended their first training session.
Monthly training fees already paid are non-refundable but may be adjusted against a future month in genuine cases of illness or relocation, at the academy's discretion.
To discontinue training, please inform the academy office at least 7 days in advance of the next billing cycle.
